Welcome to the ASP.NET forum!
You'll have to give us longer than an hour after you've posted something to reply! Please keep in mind that the experts here are busy too.
The best way to learn is to do.
The first step would be to grab a copy of Visual Studio. You can get a free copy of
Visual Studio Express if you don't already have one.
Once you've installed it you'll be able to start doing things.
The Best place to get help on anything .NET related is the
MSDN Library.
So, instead of reading a book, I'd recommend installing Visual Studio and starting a new ASP.NET application in your preferred .NET language.
When you've opened it, take a look at the controls in the Toolbox. If you look up each of those controls, and try them out, you will quickly learn how to use ASP.NET...
The experience of doing is much better than the theory you're going to get from a book :)
