passing date in querystring

Hi,
I need to pass from date and todate through the query string.
The problem am facing is 01/06/2009 to 12/12/2009 its working
means if the month and date is less than or equal to 12 its
working.the prob is with the format of the date that am sending
its sending as dd/mm/yyyy.


Please help its urgent

Well since the "/" character is used in URL's to specify path information, and since your date format includes this character it's not going to work.

You could consider using a different character (other than the "/"). Or you could consider Encoding the "/". By "encoding" I mean to say that you need to replace the "/" with its ASCII value.

If it works with the date below 12, doesn't that mean there isn't a problem with the '/' ?

I believe the OP is staying the order of the date format is the issue. His dd/mm/yyyy is being received as mm/dd/yyyy.

So change the order before you send it.

Datetime.Now.Tostring("mm/dd/yyyy");
