Parameter Value Lost on Report Actions/Navigation

I've been working on this for a while now and it's really frustrating me.

I have a Crystal Report that was built designed in Visual Studio 2008 and is running fine independantly. It has one parameter (a month/year combo) that dictates which records are displayed from a SQL server table.

When I try to embed it into a standard aspx page, I can get it so that it logs into the database correctly, and even takes the parameter value (through default this is set to March 2009 for testing purposes). This displays the first page absolutely fine.

However whenever an action is done on the report (going to the next page, exporting or printing) it tells me that there are "Missing parameter values".

I've looked at all the actions and that I can think of and tried as many different ways as I can, but without any success.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
