Client stream to MTOM request

I have large data > 500MB that I want to send to a webservice that I've MTOM-enabled. I've tried the various WSE 3.0 MTOM samples, but all of them require loading the entire data into a byte[] which runs out of memory on the client. Aside from manually opening a socket and handling the filestream to networkstream, does .Net WSE3 (or Java) provide an interface for this? Not concerned about WS-Security here as security in the data is sufficient.
