Accessviolation Exception in .NET 2.0

We have migrated application from Framework 1.0 to 3.5, it is hosted on new production server.
One error is most frequently generated in Application Log as well as in Event viewer and because of which administrator has to restart IIS. This error was not caught in UAT phase.

This error is randomly occurring.

Error Description:-
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
System.AccessvioalationException

We don't run Unsafe code in our application.This error can't be generated on devlopement envronment.Also sometimes error is generated while page load of any web page.

Do you know which application caused this error?
It might not be your code.

If you think it is your code, consider implementing code that handles the OnError event in your Global.asax file to output more details about the problem (like a stack trace).
