tool tip time question

Just wondering if there is a way to set how long a tool tip is displayed? I
have some tool tips that are a bit long so would like to extend the time the
tool tip is visible.
Thanks.

Hi Paul

what tooltip do you mean, the one for images? I think you can try
custom css-based tooltip, something like here
