Adding table dynamically to aspx page

How do I get the data in the DB to come out in this format in my aspx
page. I tried a Gridview but the month column comes out next to
national, ncy etc... I want the page to look like this when the
person makes their selection from the radio buttons on the other page
an hits the submit button.

I have a stored procedure called NatM with two parameters called Rpt
and Period. Can you help me?

Oct 08 Nov 08 Dec 08 Jan 09
National 15.85% 22.22% 75.22% 12.34%
NYC 12.50% 54.44% 33.55% 33.45%
