aspnetdb.mdf "bak" file.

Hello.
I am looking for aspnetdb.mdf - the ".bak" file.
For some security reason, the hosting company (which indeed supports sql
express) should have aspnetdb.mdf bak file.

I have the Microsoft Sql Server Management Studio Express (2005),
but I didn't find a way how can I export the file aspnetdb.mdf
(found at : http://www.4shared.com/file/59591680...NETDB_TMP.html)

Help, please.

Thanks :)

a .bak file is produced when you run a sqlserver backup command. you need to
specify the full path, and the express service account must have write to the
file location.

usually with a sqlexpress host you'd just upload the mdf file to the
app_data folder and auto connect it via the connection string.
