how to enable security trimmimg with SqlSiteMapProvider

I'm trying to implemenet a navigation control using SqlSiteMapProvider like
below
http://www.eggheadcafe.com/tutorials...tion---sq.aspx
I have gone through the article and i have my page running.
But the question is in my database table thats is binded to the treeview i
have a column called Roles.
I want to use the roles to provide authorization with security trimming
What do i need to make use of the Roles so that if a user logins in i can
have Roles against each URL and if he or she doesn't have access
hide the url or show the url.

Can i have Domain Groups has Roles in there?
Thanks in advance
