What control to use for this job?

I am creating a news section for the website that deals with company news. I
want to have the title and a short description of the article. Next to that
I want to have a button that you can click that takes the description away
and drops down the actual article text. What control should I use?

You could use a web part, user control, an Ajax CollapsiblePanel, HTML div
tags, etc.
