problem trying to consume web service that returns a strongly typeddataset from 1.1 web app

I've got a web site in .net 1.1 that uses a .net 2.0 web service. If
any of the methods in the web service return a strongly typed dataSet,
I get the following error when trying to instantiate the webService:

"Method Service.get_SreetList can not be reflected."
Here's an example of one of the methods that causes the exception:

<WebMethod( _
Description:="This method gets all the streets ")_
Public Function get_SreetList() As
AddressVerificationDataSet.STREET_MASTER_COWDataTa ble
Return objDAL.GetStreetList()
End Function

If I replace this function with something more generic, I have no
exception when instantiating the web service:

<WebMethod( _
Description:="This method gets all the streets ")_
Public Function get_DataSet() As System.Data.DataSet
Dim oDs As New System.Data.DataSet
Return oDs
End Function

Any way to fix this?

Tks
