Source Code For A Discussion Board

Hi All

I am looking for a web based application - freeware/GNU etc with
source - that I can use as a Discussion board for a poker club that I
am involved with. It could be very basic as we would like to tailor it
to suit our needs. Would prefer C# but would consider other. It may be
part of a project etc that we would be willing

Does anyone know of any such such thing anywhere on the web ?

If so I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right
direction.

Best regards and thanks for any assistance offered
