Usercontrols and events (window properties)

Hello everyone!

When developing a UserControl in VS 2005 with C # and once defined the
events in usercontrol ....
How can I make in the toolbar of the window properties (usercontrol)
display the icon "events" and able to use the events automatically without
having to do everything by code?

Since already thank you very much!

Best regards,
