Silverlight newsgroup?

Is there a place to request a new newsgroup?

...

Or does anyone know if the Forum model is better for silverlight?
http://silverlight.net/forums/

Just wondering.

Just wondering.
There are some MSDN forums already for Silverlight:

I suspect it's the same with TFS, which doesn't have newsgroups either.
