web site config : ASP.NET version 3.5

I installed .NET Framework 3.5

In IIS, I expected the web site properties ASP.NET tab to include 3.5 as an
option in the "ASP.NET version" dropdown, but it does not.

It doesn't for anybody else either. .NET 3.5 uses the 3.5 libraries, but it
runs under the ASP.NET 2.0 CLR version.
