data format on web form

I have an SQL stored procedure that is returning my data as such:
year group income expenses Net
2006 Sales 45,000 2500 42,500
2006 CL 125,000 45,000 80,000
2006 Other 30,000 250 29,750
2007 Sales 65,000 6500 58,500
2007 CL 85,000 12,500 72,500
2007 Other 25,000 650 24,350
Is it possible to show this data as this in my grid?

Departments Sales Paint Other Total
Sales CL Other Total
Income 45,000 125,000 30,000 200,000 65,000
85,000 25,000 175,000
Expenses 2500 45,000 250 47,750
6500 12,500 650 19,650

Is it even possible to change the output from how it is to what I want
within the grid? Should I have this be done in the stored procedure? If its
possible for .NET to do this, how would that be done? any examples?
