IIS and Vista?

Currently I have XP Pro and Server 2003 on my computers and both obviously
have IIS, FTP, SMTP, etc.
I am about to buy a new computer with Vista to be used for development and
would like to know if Home Premium has IIS?
If not, does Ultimate have IIS?
Any restrictions?

Could not find this info on the Windows Vista Web site ...

Thanks
