vs2005 to vs2008

hey all,
i built a project in vs2005 and was wondering if i can open it up in vs2005
without having to update the project?

no. vs2008 has a different proj format. the files will be converted, and then
unusable by 2005. save the backups if you need to go back.

vs2008 can target asp.net 2.0, 3.0 & 3.5
