Can't edit permissions on IIS 7

Hi all.
I have a problem with IIS 7 on windows vista.
I'm working with VS 2005, and i've created a web site. The problem is
that i can't access to the web server of my pc from other pc of my
lan. I don't think that it's a problem of domain permission. I've
noticed that right clicking on a web site in IIS i can't see the "edit
permission" option.
That could be the reason?
The authentication is on Windows mode.

Someone could help me?
If you need some other information just ask me.

Thanks all

the vista firewall will block remote access to iis by default. you need to
allow access.
