Any idea how to render "thumbnails" like on alexa and other sites?

Hello group.

On alexa.com they have thumbnails of certain sites, like:

http://www.alexa.com/data/details/tr...s/facebook.com

I think they generate them dynamicaly. I have seen this on other sites
too.

Any ideas how to implement something like this?
