Dateidownload per WebRequest (async)

Hi NG,
if i click a link with href=www.xyz.com/download?doc0001
the File-Download-Dialog opens (watch the '?'-sign)

How can I handle this from inside a program - how can I download the file using code?
What happens when the webbrowser starts such async. Request?
The WebBrowser must handle this Event to store the file (maybe by using the stream returned by that request)

Thanx in advance
