changing the bin folder of a web application?

Is there a way to change the bin folder of a web application so that it will
look for its dll files somewhere other than the default bin folder?

you can try to use a private probingPath to your web.config

or use the GAC

I tried everything the article said down to the exact letter for letter
except changing the names to fit me. It didn't work... This is what I get:

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'InHim.dll' or one of
its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
