iisreset wont start

hey all,
on win2003server when i do an iisreset it will shut down but won't start
back up automatically i have to go into inetmgr to start manually.

any ideas why it's not auto?

Go into the Services Control Panel Applet and ensure that the World Wide Web
Service is set to startup type "Automatic". Also, in the Recovery Tab section
you can set failure actions to "restart the service".
