Looking for ASP.Net 2.0 SupportDesk module/library

I'm looking for an ASP.Net 2.0 module/library for my new ASP.Net 2.0
website.

I need to be able to generate support tickets from emails received from
users (the email will contain an attachment of a program's stack dump at
a point of crash).

I need to know about support product that have the following features:

1). Creating new tickets from emails (accepts emails with attachments)
2). Nice to have feature: has a knowledgebase, which consists of
previously resolved issues.

Please no blatant advertising from Vendors.
