Configuring entire site for SSL

Hello.

I'm about to configure my first asp.net IIS6.0 site for SSL.

The infrastructure group has informed me that purchased the ssl
certificate for domain.

I've read the following:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro....mspx?mfr=true

Dumb question #1. Its our intention for the entire site to require
SSL.

What's the best way to transparently shift a visitor from http://mydomain.com
to https://mydomain.com?

Anything else to consider under ASP.NET /IIS 6.0?

Thanks in advance for any help or information!
