IsPostBack for ASP

Is there the IsPostBack command in ASP (not ASP.net) ?
Or How can I detect a refresh in a ASP page ?

No, and can't remember for the life of me.
try the microsoft.public.inetserver.asp.general newsgroups, someone in there
may know.

No

Check the form collection of the Request object (Request.Forms). If not a
postback, it will be empty.
