Error message

I have the folllowing error:

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set
to an instance of an object.

What exactly that means?

Page.FindControl("MainHRTable") returned null....as in it couldn't find it.

Make sure your id is actually MainHRTable

also,
if MainHRTable is inside a control, such as a datalist/repeater.... you
won't find it that way...I'd need to see the html with the MainHRTable in it
to know for sure..
