VS.NET Crashes From ASPX line!

Hi, all.

I'm having a helluva time with VS.NET 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0.
When I add one line to my ASPX page, it causes the IDE to
bomb with the dialog that says:

"Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 has encountered
a problem and needs to close...."

The line that I add is:

<%@ Register Assembly="Console.WebControls"
Namespace="Console.WebControls" TagPrefix="Console" %>

There's a previous assembly registration directive right above
that line that causes no problems. Something with the Intellisense
or whatever triggers a crash, most times before I save the file.

I'm not sure to what depth the debugger tries to resolve things
when the directive is added to the page in the IDE, but something's
messed up.

Thanks for the help,
~swooz

Swoozie,
for Visual Studio related questions, you'll be better off posting
your questions in the Visual Studio online forums at :

http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/def...pID=6&SiteID=1

or

http://forums.asp.net/default.aspx?GroupID=35

You'll need to register before posting in either.

most likely when Console.WebControls is instantiated, and its properties
are accessed (by intellisense) it throwing an error from unmanaged code.
