Question about WebResource.axd

Hi,

I was wondering what causes the querystring for the following to change:

<script
src="http://www.smci.com/WebResource.axd?d=SfpsT7lZdzkry6EvmJfBcQ2&amp;t=63 3197198783984965"
type="text/javascript"></script>

I noticed that it changes when the web server is rebooted. Are there any
other instances when this might change?

Thanks in advance.

This is asp.nets way of accessesing embedded resources, so its likely to
change all the time.

I found out that the format of this URL is WebResource.axd?d=encrypted
identifier&t=time stamp value.

What specific events would cause this querystring to change?

Thanks.
