HttpModule Constructor/Deconstructor

For a defined web application how often is a HttpModule disposed of and the
HttpModule Constructor re-driven ?

I am reading a web.config custom configuration section in the HttpModule's
constructor.....and I need to know how often the constructor will be driven ?

Thanks
