Help: question regarding webform

Can somebody tell me why webform is not WYSIWYG ?
In that case, should I use CSS to place the controls?

Are you talking about in VS.Net?
if so - there are tabs (Design & Source) at the bottom of the page - you are
most likely in Source view - I don't see how your second question has any
affect on this. You should be using CSS, with themes in your design as much
as possible, in my opinion
