The referenced component 'OWC10' could not be found after copy app

[=?Utf-8?B?ZGF2aWQ=?=]

a new server machine.
Now I edit the asp.net application in the new machine.
The 'OWC10' is still shown in the .NET project reference with label '!'.
When I compile it, I got the error: The referenced component 'OWC10' could
not be found . Could not load the type library. Library not registered.

What can I do for this ?

I think that library has something to do with the MS Office. Try to delete
that reference and compile application.
You will get a compilation error where you tried to use it.

I have tried it before and try agian for deleting it and compile. But I got
an error:
"An error occurred saving the project file abc.bvproj. Access is denied".
