flash ads covering portal content

Hello,

The task I have got ahead is to make a small adserver in aspnet 2.0.
One of the properties should be the possiblity of displaying flash
advertisements which partly covers the content of the page (they can be
closed by means of cross button. The additional need is: the background the
falsh is laying onto should be transparent so that content is semi-visible
through the flash (flash is semi-transparent). I need solution how to do,
where to put the flash content so that it covers underlying content. Mayby
by means of CSS and DIV.
Could anyone can help?
