I'd say sure because your webservice is updating a file with new or updated
data -- but remember -- once subscribed to a feed the aggregators usually
look at the ttl which will affect when the aggregator goes out to look for
any updates to that file that is being used as a feed. I also wonder what
you mean by personalized?
