localization with javascript files

Hi,
I have several javascript files, each file corresponds to a different
local, i.e xxx_en.js xxx_fr.js ...

I want to include the file that corresponds to the user's local. How can
I do that ? could it be done in the page.load ? If yes i would need some
details
