Publish website question

dgk
VS2005. Using the Build/Publish WebSite menu option, if I enter an IP
address, do I add the name of the website, like
http://199.199.199.199/MySite or do I just enter the IP address and
the deployment uses the project name? I don't want to write it all to
the root or mess up a few sites already running on the server.

Thanks.
