how to register com object

hi friends
i downloaded ASPPDFLib.dll from net in order to populate the pdf
template.
while running the project i got the error.
COM object with CLSID {88578679-272B-40C0-B1FD-C3409381A450} is either
not valid or not registered.
please tell me how to register com object.
any other way to resolve the problem

run folowing command

regsvr32 c:\blablabla\ASPPDFLib.dll
