Use imported custom control

Hi to all,
I have downloaded WCPierce.zip from
http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/LatLaysFlat-Part4.asp

It's a wrapper for Google Maps, but I am new in asp.net and need help in
installing pocedure, when I try to build the page Default.aspx this
error appear:

Could not load file or assembly 'WCPierce.Web' or one of its
dependencies. File not found.

Adding on the top:
<%@ Register TagPrefix="wcp" Namespace="WCPierce.Web.UI.WebControls"
Assembly="WCPierce.Web" %>
Return the same error.

The problem can be in the directory placing?

Any suggestion is appreciate
