specify enum values sin web.config

P: n/a
Does anyone know if there is anywhere in web.config where I could create an
enum list to enable me to strongly type my asp.net code?

I'm trying to find a compromise between having an enumerator list that may
have to be compiled differently for different installations, and just
relying on non-typed values to be valid within the code. Each install will
have inherited classes that would use different values, so deploying a
"common" enumerator list would be difficult as it could change over time.
