I get a SecurityException
when I try to execute EventLog.SourceExist(..) in Visual Studio 2003
How can I fix that problem?

Howdy,

Account you use to run ASP.NET does not have registry permission set.

Thanks for the answer.
I had this problem on one out of two XP machines in my office. Also a new
Windows 2003 server had a similar problem.
I run InstallUtil on the dll from the Enterprise Library that I was using
and the problem went away.
