Question about drop down lists

Hello,

Can a drop down list be configured so you can search by more that the first
letter?

That is if you have a drop down list with the follwoing items

abc
abb
acd
ace
acj
adf

I would like to be able to type a followed by c and be taken to the first ac
in the list. Is this possible ? The drop down list has many items.

Thanks

Bill

Sure,

You either write your javascript to intercept keystrokes and select the
appropriate item in the list, or use AJAX Toolkit ListSearch Extender to get
the functionality out of the box
