multisite.dll in Vista?

Hi all...
Anyone know if multisite.dll works in Vista? I tried using regsvr32 to
register it but Vista said it couldnt find an entry point. Yes, it's the 32
bit version of Vista ultimate and I ran the Command Prompt as Administrator.

Thanks for any feedback.. has anyone else tried it?
