Collect info for AD with createuserwizard

Hello!

I have set up an ASP.Net 2.0 website with form authentication using Active
Directory membership provider.
I have successfully added user to AD with createuserwizard, but I can only
collect the username, password and email attributes. I need to add more user
attributes to AD like full name, address, phone etc.
Is this possible?
How do i do this?

Best Regards
