dynamic html need to turn into server controls

Hi all,
I have a WYSIWIG editor (fckeditor) and allow the users to create
dynamic html which I save and display later on in the application.
The aim is to have the user be able to create application forms by
inserting text box's, text areas, drop down's, checkbox's and radio
buttons dynamically.

With this I create the form and allow them to have valdiation set for
the controls too so that they can specifiy if it's a required field or

Now The way I have done this is very painful, I have spat out the raw
html and the visuals appear well but when ever I need to perform
validation or collect the value of the posted controls it has been
very painful.

By using request.form I do some heavy string mainpulation and create
myself a namevalue collection object. The key holds the name of the
control so for example
<input type="text" name="txtFirstName"/and the value of that key is
the value I get back from request.form

As you can see these are not .net web controls so I don't have a
txtObject.Text property to work with.

Is there anyway when that I can turn the dynamic html form that the
user creates into actual web server controls so that I can work with
them? Rather than having to do heavy string manipulation each time.
