Mixed role in asp.net 2.0

Hi,
Can i give mixed role to a particular user?

The scenario is. i have to roles HR Head. And HR Employee. the HR
Head applications pages are available in the sub folder and and HR
pages are in parent folder.

Some of the HR Head pages should be permited to be accessable to a
selected employee. This can be done with the help of asp.net
configuraiton but. Is there any other method of doing this. like
updating in the asp.netdb .

What im trying to do is implementation of mixed role.

Thanks for replying me.
