URL rewrite - anchor issue

Hello,
I am using the URL Rewrite module from -
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms972974.aspx

I am trying to figure out how to pass on the anchor information to the
rewritten URL.

For example, The URL http://domain.com?id=12323#header should be
rewritten to http://domain.com/date.aspx#header

Any help would be great!

Thanks,
Srini.
