A good Provider??

Does anyone know a relatively cheap but good ASP web host provider? I have
a website hosted on my T1 but with the other Internet traffic we have going
on it is sometimes kind of slow.

Thanks!

I've been using CrystalTech for a number of my clients during the past two
years. They've had really good uptime, and support for SQL Server 2005.
