ASP.NET 2.0 - File Upload - Progress Bar

Please let me know any approach in creating a progess bar control for file
upload in ASP.NET 2.0?

How can I get the transfer rate of the file, like how much bytes have been
moved up...

any help will be appreciated

Native ASP.NET doesn't really handle this kind of functionality.
However, there are some 3rd party options that may help you out, like these:
