Access denied inspite of full rights granted

Hi,

I am trying to catch an exception and write it to a log file kept at
the path Inetpub\wwwroot\mySite\Log. But whenever the exception is
encountered it gives me the error that access is denied to that
location. I have granted full rights to the aspnet as well as
anonymous logon accounts ( from the Security tab in the folder's
Properties). What is the problem ?
