ASP.Net Book recommandation

Hi!

Which books would you recommand for studying ASP.Net?
Following topic interest me:

- Creation of Custom Controls (incl. Custom Events, States, etc.)

- BussinessObjects (N-Tier-Applications, especially design
recommandation so that the business objects work together with GirdView
and DetailsView)

- JavaScript (how to use it together with ASP.Net-Controls, PostBacks, etc.)

Not only good books but also good Internet links are interesting to me.

Which book(s) is (are) the ASP.Net "bible"?

Thanks.
That's a really good composition. Maybe you should also add the names of
the books you recommend, as most authors have more than one book in
different categories.
